Where does ATS place candidates?

The bulk of the ATS client base and the majority of our placements are within the United States. However, we have and will consider international staffing placements depending on the nature of the project and personnel needed.

 

Where does ATS find candidates?

ATS maintains an internal database with existing and new candidate information for recruiting qualified personnel. Our recruiters and sales team work together in screening and networking to find the most qualified candidate.

 

How do I, as an employer, get started in receiving qualified candidates for contract or direct hire?

Client company employers can register via our website or contact our office to create a client profile and detail the position or positions needed. Next, we will initiate a contract proposal and notify our recruiting staff to begin a search for your qualified candidate. In most cases, depending on the speciality of the position our staff can offer qualified candidates within 24 hours.

 

How can I, as a candidate, get started in reviewing and applying for open positions?

Candidates can register via our website or contact our office to create a candidate profile. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you are notified and can login to the website and apply for open positions.

 

How often do I, as a candidate, get paid and how do I submit a timesheet?

All employees submit timesheets on a weekly basis. Paychecks are distributed the following week. Timesheets can be submitted to payroll via email or fax. Paychecks can be distributed by mail, to the project location or by direct deposit.
